Sports Physicals
We provide physicals for school-aged children to participate in sporting activities for school or any other recreational centers. This is a physical assessment only.

DOT/DMV Physicals
We are FMCSA certified to perform DMV/DOT physcials for all Class A & Class B Commercial Drivers - including Bus Drivers! We have all the forms at the office, so you don't have to print anything out before your appointment (unless you want to, of course!)
Pre-Employment Physicals
Starting a new job? We provide physicals for those needing to provide documentation of physical abilty to perform job duties. This includes a physical assessment only, but drug testing options are also available upon request. *We do NOT provide TB testing*

Janelle has 15 years of experience as a trained and licensed Massage Therapist, she specializes in deep tissue massage. She also offers a variety of different services, including: Therapeutic Relaxation, Cupping, Aromatherapy, Prenatal, Hot Stone & Sports massage, lymphatic flow, and salt scrubs.
